I have just finished a cupping course. It was one to one training and was excellent. The course was presented well with lots of practical experience gained during the day through a variety of clients. There was plenty of opportunities to ask question and reflect upon the learning that was gained during the day.

Went as a model on one of shelleys Chinese Cupping training courses and her students were great! My lower back had no pain til about 8pm last night and I was able to move it like a normal back 😍
